USF Attendees – Participants

We are excited that you are joining us at the Sunshine State Teaching and Learning Conference!

The registration cost for participants is $375.

USF is one of the co-hosts of the conference, and we use a USF-licensed software called TouchNet to collect credit card payments for the conference. However, USF purchasing cards (called P-Cards; you may also think of this as the departmental card) cannot be used on the USF TouchNet. This is true for all campuses of USF–Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee.

So we have to find another way.

Here are the options:

  1. Pay by department transfer (if using departmental money to register for the conference). Email with your intention to pay via chartfield transfer, and we’ll be in touch with the exact details and to-do items. Please be sure to cc the person in your department who handles financial transactions like chartfield transfers, so we have their name and contact info as well.
  2. Pay by personal credit card (whether seeking department reimbursement later, or using private funds). Using a personal credit card can go to our TouchNet system. Here’s the link:


Hotel Reservations

Note that the online link to make hotel reservations includes tax and cannot be altered online. Thus, if you’re using a p-card, you’ll need to call (866) 934-7467 and mention the “Sunshine State Teaching and Learning Conference” rate (it will be $139). They may need to see the tax exempt certificate, which is here:
